An Act raising the maximum property value for senior citizen tax relief.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (3)(ii) of subsection (K) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking “$600,000” and replacing it with “$800,000”.
