An Act studying the special education circuit breaker reimbursement program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding Massachusetts General Laws the Treasurer of the Commonwealth shall conduct a study to determine how lottery revenues or other revenue sources can be used to bring the Special Education Circuit Breaker program up to full funding levels.
The Treasurer shall report back the findings to the Executive Office of Administration and Finance and the House and Senate Ways and Means Committee within 180 days of the passage of the bill.
