In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act prohibiting alcohol advertising on Commonwealth property.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, alcohol advertising on any property owned or operated by the commonwealth and/or public or quasi-public agency or authority shall be prohibited.
