In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act to eliminate coal burning and use.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 69I the following section:
Section 69I½
Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter or any law to the contrary, no facility in operation on and after January first, two thousand fifteen shall utilize or gasify coal.
