In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act providing for automated toll collection.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts department of transportation shall be directed to implement a fully automated toll collection system within 3 years of this act’s passage.
