An Act reimbursing cities and towns for certain expenditures on behalf of veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 15 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
Cities and towns that provide single room occupancy to veterans shall be reimbursed 100 per cent of the amount expended in the manner as provided above.
