An Act relative to improving handicapped accessibility.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 13A of chapter 22 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “regulation” on line 96, the following:-
“, except as applies to social service agencies and programs which receive state funds who must become handicapped accessible within 5 years of the date of passage of this bill.”
