An Act relative to licensing massage therapists.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 227 of Chapter 112, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 14, by striking the word: “nonspecific”.

SECTION 2.  Section 227 of Chapter 112, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 15, by inserting after the word “packs,”, the following: “kinesio taping”.

SECTION 3.   Section 228 of Chapter 112, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 28, by inserting, after the word “event” the following new words: “, whether on a single or consecutive days,”

SECTION 4.  Section 235 of Chapter 112, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 23, by inserting after the word “television” the following words:- “or through electronic means”.
