An Act further regulating the conduct of auctioneers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9 of chapter 100 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1996 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following clause: —(h) add a buyers premium or other like charge to the winning bid.
