An Act relative to motor vehicle operator insurance records.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figure 5, in each instance, in lines 189,199, 219, 230, 391 and 397 and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 3.

SECTION 2. Said section 113B of said chapter 175 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- 

All motor vehicle infractions shall remain on a driver’s motor vehicle record for no more than 3 years.
