An Act relative to motor vehicle premiums..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The twelve paragraph of section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the sixth and seventh sentences and inserting in place thereof the following 2 sentences:-

The registrar shall develop a system for separately reporting all non-moving violations. When the registrar has implemented the system, all non-moving violations shall not be considered surchargeable incidents.
