An Act relative to the computation of pensions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1:
Section 5 of Chapter 32 of the general laws is hereby amended by deleting the word “Three” in
line 7 of subsection (2) paragraph (a) in line 4 of Subsection (2) paragraph (c) and in line 23 of subsection
(4) paragraph (ii) and replacing the same with the word “Five”.
