An Act relative to non civil service lay off lists.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any generation or special law to the contrary, professional firefighters involuntarily separated from service for non-civil service fire departments because of lack of work or lack of money or abolition of his position, his name shall be placed by the administrator on a reemployment list, maintained by the Department of Fire Services, for other non civil service departments.
