An Act relative to the assessment of local taxes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.Section 21A1/2 of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 6 the words “as a Certified Massachusetts Assessor” and inserting in place thereof, “as a Massachusetts Accredited Assessor,”.
