An Act further encouraging the deleading of residential units.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.Subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “one thousand five hundred dollars per dwelling unit” and inserting in place thereof, the words: “three thousand dollars per dwelling unit”.

SECTION 2.Said subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking the words “five hundred per dwelling unit” and inserting in place thereof the words: “one thousand dollars per dwelling unit”.
