An act to repeal the bottle bill..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION I. Chapter 94 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by repealing sections three hundred and twenty-one to three hundred and twenty-seven.
