An Act relative to the safety inspection of the Long Island Bridge in the city of Boston..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The City of Boston, Bridge Inspection Unit, shall perform a safety inspection of the Long Island Bridge within the City of Boston, connecting Moon Island and Long Island. 

SECTION 2. If the bridge is deemed unsafe, the The City of Boston,is instructed to implement an alternate, economically feasible, means for transportation via water shuttle/barge access to Long Island within 90 days of inspection.
