An Act requiring licensing of livery vehicles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22 of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
Prior to the issuance of any license plate bearing the word “livery”, the owner shall satisfy the licensing requirements of chapter 159A.
