An Act relative to learner's permits and junior operator's licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8B of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the word "sixteen" and inserting in place thereof the following number:- "15 1/2".
SECTION 2. Section 8 of said Chapter is hereby amended by striking out, in line 58, the number "30" and inserting in place thereof the following number:- "18".
SECTION 3. Section 8 of said Chapter is hereby amended by striking out, in line 60, the number "18" and inserting in place thereof the following number:- "30".
SECTION 4. Section 8 of said Chapter is hereby amended by striking out, in line 63, the number "12" and inserting in place thereof the following number:- "24".
