An Act relative to the law of the road and bicyclists.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9 of chapter 89 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the sixth paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following:-
For the purposes of this section the word, “vehicle”, shall include:
1) a motor vehicle as defined in Chapter 90, §1;
2) a trackless trolley; and
2) a bicycle regulated under Chapter 85 §11B.
