In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act further regulating certain insurance premiums.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Section 6 of Chapter 118G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after paragraph (l), the following paragraph:
(m) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all insurance premium rates for accident and sickness insurance and long term care insurance shall not increase more than 4 per cent annually.
