An Act placing on call and volunteer firefighters on the Massachusetts Fire Training Council.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 164 of Chapter 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 6 by striking the word “ten” and inserting in its place the word “twelve”. It is hereby further amended by adding at the end of the first paragraph the following:— ; two of whom shall be selected from a list of four names submitted by the Massachusetts Call/Volunteer Firefighters Association.
