An Act to insure a fair and equitable pension.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:—Section 104. For the purposes of this Chapter, the computation of an employee’s pension shall include overtime payments accrued.
