Ordered, That, notwithstanding the provisions of any rule to the contrary, amendments to House Order No. 2011 shall be properly filed with the Clerk of the House in electronic format to be determined by the Clerk as directed by the Speaker; provided that the clerk shall notify by electronic communication the primary sponsor of each amendment of the receipt of such amendment and the number assigned by said Clerk to the amendment; provided further that the Clerk shall print each amendment so filed electronically; and such printed copy shall be considered to be the official amendment for that bill; and be it further

Ordered, That, except for consolidated amendments or perfecting amendments offered by the committee on Rules, no proposition on a subject different from the amendment under consideration shall be admitted under color of a further amendment to House Order No. 2011; provided, however, that all consolidated amendments shall be on the same subject matter; and be it further

Ordered, That, notwithstanding the provisions of House Rule 74, consolidated amendments may not be divided; and be it further

Ordered, That, any amendment not complying with the provisions of the special rules of procedure stated herein shall be considered withdrawn; and be it further

Ordered, That, notwithstanding the provisions of any rule to the contrary, amendments to House Order No. 2011 shall be properly filed with the Clerk of the House in electronic format to be determined by the Clerk as directed by the Speaker prior to five o’clock P.M. on Tuesday, January 18, 2011; and be it further

Ordered, That notwithstanding the provisions of any rule or order to the contrary, this order shall only apply if House Order No. 2011 is available to members no later than Five o’clock P.M. on Friday, January 14, 2010.
