An Act relative to inland fisheries and game licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “retarded”, in line 38, the following:- No fee shall be charged for a license issued under this paragraph to a disabled veteran with a 40 percent or greater service-connected disability.
