An Act to eliminate the statute of limitations on all felony crimes.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 277 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 63 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

Section 63.  An indictment for any felony crime may be found at any time after the date of the commission of the offense.
