An Act authorizing the mayor of the city of Medford to appoint Stephanie Muccini Burke as director of budget and personnel in the city of Medford..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Nothwithstanding the provisions of section eight of chapter thirty nine of the General Laws or any other general or special law, or any rule, regulation or ordinance to the contrary, the Mayor of the City of Medford is hereby authorized to appoint Stephanie Muccini Burke to the position of Director of Budget & Personnel upon her resignation of her position as a member of the City Council of the City of Medford.
