An Act relative to a sewer betterment abatement.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding the expiration of the six month appeal period in section 5 of chapter 80 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Town of Shirley may abate one sewer betterment assessment on the property located at 23 Phoenix Street in said town.
