An Act Regarding the Duration of Contract with the Chief of Police in the Town of Natick.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1.Notwithstanding the provisions of Chapter 41, Section 97A of the Massachusetts General Laws, or any general or special law to the contrary, the Natick Board of Selectmen is authorized to enter into an employment contract with the Chief of Police for a term not to exceed five (5) years.
