An Act relative to increasing the retirement age.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Paragraph (a) of subsection (2)of section 5 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the table and inserting in place thereof the following table:-
Table showing Percentage of the Amount of Average Annual Rate of Regular Compensation to be multiplied by the Number of Years of Creditable Service.
