An Act authorizing the city of Leominster to grant one (1) additional all alcoholic pouring license for city wide revitalization.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding Section 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the licensing authority of the City of Leominster may grant one (1) additional license for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises under Section 12 said Chapter 138. The license shall be subject to all of Chapter 138, except for Section 17.
Section 2. The act shall take effect upon its passage.
