An Act approving the Nantucket Islands Land Bank to sell, convey or otherwise dispose of certain land situated in the town of Nantucket for any lawful purpose.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Article XCVII of the Amendments to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the Nantucket Islands Land Bank may sell, convey or otherwise dispose of any or all portion of certain land situated in the Town of Nantucket totalling approximately 38.5 acres shown on Town of Nantucket Assessor’s Map 89, Parcel 6, 6.1 and 6.2.
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
