An Act relative to the Town of Fairhaven issuing a common victualer beer and wine license to Zhang Brothers, Inc., d/b/a A Kitchen, 142 Huttleston Avenue in the Town of Fairhaven.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary or any limitations on the number of licenses issued under the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, the Town of Fairhaven may issue a Common Victualer Beer and Wine License to Zhang Brothers, Inc., d/b/a A Kitchen, 142 Huttleston Avenue in the Town of Fairhaven. This license is non-transferable to a different location, but may grant the license to a new applicant at the same location.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
