An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Grace A. Rugnetta, an employee of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services.

 

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to  establish a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the Department of Health and Human Services, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health.
 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Department of Health and Human Services shall establish a sick leave bank for Phyllis A. Rugnetta. Any employee of  department within the Department of Health and Human Services may voluntarily contribute 1 or more of his or her sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Phyllis A. Rugnetta. Therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
