An Act authorizing the town of South Hadley to pay certain unpaid bills.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Treasurer of the Town of South Hadley is hereby authorized to pay Meadowbrook Golf for the management services provided to the Ledges Golf Course, notwithstanding the failure of the Town to comply with the appropriate provisions of the law relative to procurement and competitive bidding, or take any action relative thereto.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
