An Act relative to the tuition of children under the control of the Department Transitional Assistance living in family shelters..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Section 7 of Chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in the first paragraph, line 3, after the word, “families,” the following: “or shelters under the control of the Department of Housing and Community Development”; in the second paragraph, line 9, after the word, “care,” the words, “or family shelters”; and, in the second paragraph, line 10, after the word, “families,” the words, “or the Department of Housing and Community Development.”
