An Act relative to authorizing the town of Aquinnah to refund a certain tax payment.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The town of Aquinnah, in order to equalize real estate taxation on all Town affordable housing lots, may take from available funds, the sum of $4,954.90 and refund to Geoffrey Craig (Spa) Tharpe the excess tax payments and accrued interest in the amount of $4954.90 that he made to the town of Aquinnah for fiscal years 2005 and 2006.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
