An Act making faculty sabbatical provisions at state universities consistent with other higher education institutions.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 4A of Chapter 73 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word “seven”, in line 2, and inserting in place thereof the word “six”.
