An Act relative to the excise taxes of motor vehicles.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section l of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following paragraph:-

Any motor vehicle, notwithstanding the condition, make, model and mileage, that is registered from the original manufacturing date, the annual excise tax shall be for: (i) between 10 calendar years old and 14 calendar years old, $25; (ii) 15 calendar years old and beyond, $20; and (iii) thereafter, the annual fee shall be $20.
