An Act relative to penalties for persons convicted of certain sexual offenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection (a) of section 3 of chapter 258A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following:— In the case of rape victims, such services shall include emergency funds for housing.
