An Act Relative to the Disposition of Veterans' Remains.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 46A of Chapter 114 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 6, after the word “permit,” the following words:-

“and the veterans’ agent, appointed under section three of chapter one hundred and fifteen,”.

SECTION 2. Section 46A of Chapter 114 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking, in line 14, the words “board, body, or person” and inserting in the place thereof, the following:- “veterans’ agent”.
