An Act relative to criminal offender record information.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 172C of Chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after “Such entities shall obtain all available criminal offender record information” the following:— “and shall include all non-violent and/or financial crimes”.
