An Act authorizing the continued employment of Thomas J. Osley, the chief of police of the town of Hatfield..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Thomas J. Osley, chief of the police department of the town of Hatfield, may continue to serve in such position until June 30, 2017, or until the date of his retirement or until his non-reappointment, whichever occurs first. 

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
