An Act authorizing the town of Sharon to grant licenses to certain establishments for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 431 of the acts of 1998 is hereby amended by striking out the words “50 persons” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 18 persons .
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
