An Act To Exempt the Position of Deputy Police Chief of the Town of Westwood.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The position of deputy police chief in the town of Westwood shall be exempt from chapter 31 of the General Laws.

SECTION 2. Section 1 shall not impair the civil service status of the person holding the position of deputy police chief in the town of Westwood on the effective date of this act.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
