An Act relative to the service of civil process.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 92 of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 13, the words “two thousand, five hundred”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:-
“”twenty-five thousand”
SECTION 2. Said section 92 of said chapter 41 is hereby further amended by striking, in lines 14 and 15, the words “two thousand, five hundred”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:-
“twenty-five thousand”
