An Act relative to the West Barnstable fire district.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding chapter 32B of the General Laws, part-time elected officials of the West Barnstable fire district who receive a salary or a stipend shall not be eligible for participation in the district’s contributory health plan; provided, however, that those part-time officials elected before April 25, 2012 and who currently participate in that plan shall be eligible to continue to participate until the end of their current term.
