An Act Further Regulating The Granting Of Temporary Licenses For The Sale Of Wine At Auctions.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to regulate forthwith the granting of temporary licenses for the sale of wines at auctions, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 153 of the Acts of 1997 is hereby amended by striking out section 3, as amended by section 2 of chapter 398 of the acts of 2002, as further amended by chapter 229 of the acts of 2007, and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
Section 3. This act shall cease to be effective on January 1, 2018.
