An Act to protect persons from bodily harm by consent.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 265, Section 12 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following sentence: -
Unless expressly authorized as provided in sections thirty-two to fifty, inclusive, of chapter one hundred and forty-seven, it shall be unlawful to consent to aggravated battery, battery by means of a dangerous weapon, or any act committed with such force that serious bodily harm or death is likely to result.
