In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to the payment of certain fines for non criminal hearings.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. The first paragraph (4) of subsection (A) of section 3 of chapter 90C of the General Laws
is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence, added, by 73 of chapter 27 of the acts of 2009.
Section 2. The fourth paragraph of subsection (A) of said section 3 of said chapter 90C is hereby amended by
striking the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence- Any violator so appealing the decision shall
not pay a fee prior to the scheduling of the appeal hearing before a justice.
